Mineichi rested at the forest’s edge, his body balancing expertly on a high branch, overlooking the Ohu base below. The unsuspecting Ohu dogs were size of pups from where he sat. Quite appropriate, he thought, considering that they were weak compared to what the Koga used to be. The Koga male’s eyes narrowed as he reflected on the old tales, of how the Koga and Iga used to fight. His clan had been far superior (so he thought, anyway), and yet, newrly all of the original males had been killed trying to uphold their duties. The Elder had said it was an act of blind loyalty that had killed Kurojaki and the old ganin, but Mineichi couldn’t believe it. It had been Akame who lit the fire, right? He was the one to blame, not the loyalty of the elders. Mineichi clawed at the wood beneath him, growling fiercely. The Ohu leaders would pay...and they would pay dearly...

Kiseki padded across the forest, her Kusarigama chain around her neck, the sickle in her mouth. The Koga female enjoyed the wonderful breeze of the mountains. Always refreshing.

A familiar scent hit Mineichi's nose, and the fur on his spine stood on end. He wasn't afraid, however; as if he'd be afraid of a traitor. He knew the female who's scent filled his nose: Kiseki, the Kusarigama Warrior. He growled, looking over the side of the branch. He could make out her spotted pelt just below, his blood already beginning to boil. He'd heard of her risking her life to save Gin's brat years ago, and now, here she was, walking among the Ohu vermin as if all was well. Disgusting.
"Kiseki..." he seethed, standing up. Without thinking, he made his way down the tree, quietly leaping into the bushes and continuing to watch the female. She hadn't been on his hit list, but seeing her just now made him thirsty for the blood of a traitor.

Kiseki hummed quietly, glancing around for any possible Ohu dogs nearby. Maybe once she catches some food, maybe she can teach Weed's pups her Kusarigama techinques,as upon hearing they used a kama on the bear Monsoon. Her walking halted abruptly, listening to small rustles behind. She wasn't sure who it was,but not until the scent of a outsider....a traitor to the Kogas.Kiseki gave a small sigh and spoke abruptly.
"Come out,Mineichi, hasn't anyone told you not ambush if not a threat?",Kiseki said,in a calm, relaxed tone.

“A filthy mutt like you has no right to speak my name,” Mineichi hissed, refusing to step out into the open. Letting himself be spotted by other dogs? That wasn’t the Koga way. “A traitor like you doesn’t deserve to live, let alone tell me how to act as a ganin. Why? Why have you chosen to join these murderers? Don’t you know what they’ve done to our elders? They’re all dead because of these flea-bitten vermin.”

"Oh you poor dog...",Kiseki murmured. She spoke up,"Kurojaki killed himself, nobody interfered with what he wanted to and take the scrolls. There was no blood on Gin's nor Akame's fangs,Mineichi. Tesshin and the elder soon realized that, and so should you.",Kiseki said, sitting down, she had a feeling she is going to be here for a while.

Kuraitora had been doing simply nothing but exploring, and he had taken an interest in the Ohu Army slightly. They seemed like...interesting dogs. Perhaps he could use them for himself somehow. He decided to explore Futago Pass, but as he did so, he caught the scent of a male Kōga and a female Kōga. Ah, a female. This should be fun. The Kai mix hid behind a bush, his one brown eye seemingly glowing in the sun. It hurt his missing eye, but Kurai didn't care. When he decided to, he leapt out of the bush and leapt over the male Kōga, cornering him. " Hey, old man." Kurai growled, narrowing his eyes. " You leave this woman alone. You discussin' Kurojaki? I've heard of 'em before. He killed himself, you moron. Plus, he's been dead for years. Put the past behind you."

Mineichi was about to snap at Kiseki for her “foolishness”, when Kuraitora had stepped in. He’d hardly listened to the newcomer’s words when out of anger, he lunged forward, snapping his fangs dangerously close to the Kai mix’s neck. “Insolent fool,” he hissed. “Who the hell gave you permission to speak to a Koga? Get lost before I have you as my lunch.” He then turned away, staring hard at Kiseki. “You’ve clearly been brainwashed by those bastards. Everyone else has...It’s such a shame, really. We were going to become great once more. You’re a fool not to follow under Kurojaki still.” Mineichi’s claws scraped the ground. He was very tempted to kill her...

Kuraitora managed to snap his neck back and he snapped back at Mineichi, clamping down on the Kōga's neck. What others didn't know until they were at the fangs of Kurai was that there was a lace of metal along his teeth. Kurai often kept this secret, though. " Kurojaki's dead, you fucking dumbass." Kurai snarled through Mineichi's fur. " A little birdie told me a Kōga who was Kurojaki's son, Tesshin, is the new leader, and he ain't anything like Kurojaki. Kurojaki was a coldhearted bastard." The Kai mix dug deeper into Mineichi's neck. " Let the woman do what she wants. You don't have any rights to control her choices. You're not the leader."

“Gya—“ The Koga male yelped at first, before his voice was cut off by sharp, metal teeth. For a moment, the male was caught off-guard. What sort of dog had metal teeth? None he’d ever met before...Still, Mineichi was the disciple of Kurojaki. He would not let himself be embarrassed by some bottom-feeding mongrel. He suddenly sprang into the air using his strong hind legs. He soared towards a tree, eyeing on of the sharp branches. Maneuvering his body, he aimed to impale Kuraitora on the branch, the mutt’s fate, if he didn’t let go.

Kiseki was surprised at the Kai Dog's appearance that was abrupt. She was handeling it just fine.Kiseki was shocked at the two. "OI!",She called out to the two. Her eyes averted to Kuraitora,"Let him go,he can't do much if he's in Ohu territory. ",Kiseki padded towards them, her green eyes slitted towards the other Koga."If I were you,I'd leave. You clearly are a dumb bastard, stuck in the pasr all because of another Koga who can't let things go.",She hissed the stinging, burning truth.

Kurai was kind of surprised and kind of not surprised at Mineichi's move. He noticed that Mineichi was aiming to impale Kuraitora on one of the branches if he didn't let go. Kurai had to hurry up and think of a move before he could end up getting killed himself. He tried to turn around, his jaw still on Mineichi's neck. As long as Kurai was away from the branch, he would be good. He then let go, dropping to the ground and spitting Kōga blood on the ground. Kuraitora then looked at Kiseki, who had intervened. " This shithead is going to put up quite a fight." He grumbled. " It'll take more than one dog to chase him off. I don't see that happening any time soon." Kuraitora licked some of the blood off that clung to his metal teeth. Back when he was being used as a "hit-dog", Kurai used to have a blade as a weapon. Too bad he didn't have it now. " I would rather kill that dumbass. Would make things easier." He said nonchalantly. Then, Kurai spat more blood on the ground, licking his maw. The Kai mix turned around and looked at the Kōga. " Since you're an old man, I'd gurantee you'd be making some wise choices such as leaving. I thought older dogs were wise!" He taunted.

Mineichi perched on the branch, hissing bitterly as he felt his blood dripping onto his paws and the wood beneath them. Though what had angered him more than the attack, was the knowledge that a filthy mongrel had dared to touch him. Mineichi’s rage at Kiseki had momentary been forgotten. He now wanted to kill this smartass Kuraitora. Scraping his claws against the wood, the Koga male suddenly dove from branch, cutting the air like an arrow as he lifted a paw. Rather than hitting Kuraitora dead on, he darted to the side, his claws cutting into the mutt’s flank. When he landed, he immediately jumped back, staring.

Kiseki widened her eyes at Kurai's answer. She knew these males will fight head on with their attitudes."Very well then...",Kiseki spoke quietly and silently surveyed from the scene, observing both males as they fought.

Kuraitora had gotten a little mad at the fact Kiseki didn't partake in the battle, and was leaving him to fight Mineichi alone. The Kai mix snarled as Mineichi managed to cut some of Kurai's flank. He could feel blood coming out of the wound, and he snarled, quickly turning around. He aimed for Mineichi's muzzle, clamping down. If Kuraitora had Mineichi by the muzzle, the Kōga couldn't do much, or bite, probably. " Give up, you bastard. You don't have a lot of dogs that can defend you. I heard the Ohu Army has lots of dogs, and besides, lots of your clanmates have turned against you now." Kurai growled. He wanted to demoralize Mineichi. It was something Kurai was also good at besides fighting. He could make a dog regret living and their choices with a few words.
